The SN986XX series is 32bit ARM Base SoC image solution of Sonix. It equipped with a H.264/MJPEG Codec and embedded an ARM926EJ-S CPU. In addition, the series also built up with Audio ADC/DAC and USB 2.0 Host/PHY that enabled customers to reduce the cost of adding external Audio IC and provide multiple sensor interfaces including Parallel and MIPI. The series also embedded SDHC、Ethernet MAC and SIP DDR2 to reduce design complexity of substrates and trim the system cost. All of these hardware designs are aiming for customers’ demands. The modular software structure enables customers to customize their software design and setup.
